Do I need to bring my vehicle to your shop?
Yes, most services are now performed at our fully equipped shop location in Edmonton. Mobile service is currently limited to emergency situations only.
Do you still offer mobile mechanic services?
Yes, we currently offer mobile mechanic service for emergency situations only. As we expand our team and bring on an additional skilled technician, we plan to resume full-time mobile service in the near future.
Do you offer emergency services?
Yes, we offer emergency mobile services such as tire repairs, battery boosts, and urgent roadside assistance. For all other services, customers are required to bring their vehicle to our shop location.
What types of payments do you accept?
Cash, Debit, Visa, AMEX, or Mastercard
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to operate as an automotive repair business and to provide mobile mechanic service for emergency appointments.
What is your warranty?
We offer a 1 year, 20 000 km warranty on all of our labor. Parts warranties depend on the manufacturer but typically are 1-3 years on parts.
What are your charges?
We charge an hourly rate of $125 Dollars Per Hour
We have a minimum fee of $75 Dollars
